Hello, and welcome.
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MSc with Merit) and a registered member of the BACP. I work with individual adults and children of all ages.
My approach is integrative and relational at heart. I draw mainly on person-centred therapy, CBT and psychodynamic thinking, and I also bring in creative methods, mindfulness and relaxation when they feel helpful. I believe that real change grows from a genuine, trusting relationship, and I will support you to find your own insights in your own time.
With children and young people I often use play therapy, sand therapy and art therapy. These gentler, creative ways of working can help express what is hard to put into words — and they can be meaningful for adults too.
I also offer body-based support such as reflexology, aromatherapy massage and Indian head massage. When combined with talking therapy, this can help calm the nervous system and ease the tension that so often sits alongside emotional pain.

Before training as a therapist, I spent over 15 years working as a teacher, supporting many children with special educational needs and those affected by trauma. This experience still shapes the way I listen and work today.
My hope is to offer you a safe, warm and genuine space where you can feel a little more settled, a little more connected to yourself, and a little lighter as you move forward.
If this way of working feels right for you, I would be glad to hear from you.
